"Love is the Law"

You know, I love my husband very much. We've been married for almost 16 years. It hasn't been easy, but it has been very much worth it.

My husband is passionate about his beliefs. We have a different religious context, but we come from the same spiritual context. He is all about loving-compassion. Check out his opening blog entry. I'd love to know what you think, and so would he. ^_^

To have a partnership that embraces difference, founded on love and respect is a gift. I agree with your husband, that love is written on every heart, and that the language of naming is not as important as the living it. HH the Dalai Lama says his religion is kindness.
I believe Jesus to have been more than an ordinary man, he was kindness, compassion, wisdom and joy incarnate. My faith and beliefs may be different, but the essence is the same in every heart.
I wish you both much happiness.

You know, it's amazing how hard it can be to come up with the right thing to say over a simple comment. Ah well. Thank you for your insightful and kind words, and much happiness to you, as well. (That's from both of us.)
